Andi's mum Lorraine has been in every morning this week doing Energy Medicine with primary 4 and primary 4/5. Mrs Stevely and Miss Fraser are looking to continue this after the holiday as we love it so much!
Primary 4 and 4/5 have been set the challenge of creating a life jacket for a tin of soup using limited resources. The children split themselves into groups, came up with a Titanic themed group name and made a plan for their design! We can't wait to make these after the holidays!
This afternoon we were working on finding change from £1, £2, £5 and even £10! The children have been working so hard on their number bonds to 100 and this has helped with their money work! Matthew, Gulshin and Cody were very competitive when working out change from amounts up to £1!
Today we started our exciting Health Week by learning some hip hop dancing! The class had an absolute ball and Lauren was very impressed with how good the boys were at dancing! Good job!
Congratulations to the Thorburn and Haji family for completing 8 weeks at Family Steps! Kayden and Kawa have thoroughly enjoyed taking part in a range of literacy activities with their families after school.
